Terms of service

1. What AIeVisa is and is not

This site offers three products: ePass (an identity profile card), AutoePass (a browser auto-fill extension) and AIeVisa (a visa lookup; the paid processing service is not yet open). All three are self-service tools: they help you judge whether a passport can complete a destination's procedure online, and fill the details you entered here into the destination government's official application page. AIeVisa is not a visa agency, is not affiliated with any government, does not submit applications or pay on your behalf, and makes no promise about approval.

2. Fees

Government visa fees are paid by you directly on the official site and have nothing to do with us. ePass, AutoePass and the visa lookup are free. AIeVisa's paid processing service is not open, has no pricing and accepts no cases. Once fees apply, a service fee for an uncompleted procedure can be refunded to your balance.

3. Your responsibility

Every item submitted to a government is shown to you item by item for you to check, and you click submit yourself. Refusals, denied entry or other consequences caused by false or incorrect details are borne by the applicant.

4. Data and currency

Visa requirements, official fees and processing times are compiled from information published by destination governments, with the update date shown on the page. Policies change at any time; check the destination's official site before travelling.

5. The profile card and offline backups

The profile card is stored in the browser on your own device, not on our servers. Clearing browser data or changing devices loses the card and we cannot restore it. You can export an offline backup at any time and keep it yourself. You are responsible for storing and sharing the exported file; if you choose an encrypted export, only you hold the password, which we neither store nor can reset.
