How to fill the Cambodia e-Arrival, section by section

Cambodia's electronic arrival card must be submitted online by every traveller before arrival, free of charge, with no exemption for visa holders. This page explains from the official FAQ what each of the three sections asks and what you receive; with the AutoePass extension installed, the passport and contact fields are filled from your ePass profile card.

Yes. The official FAQ states that travellers who have been granted a visa must still complete it.
