How to fill the SG Arrival Card (SGAC) web form, field by field

The Immigration & Checkpoints Authority's electronic arrival card must be submitted by every traveller before arrival, free of charge. This page explains each field of the visitor form in order; with the AutoePass extension installed, the traveller section is filled from your ePass profile card while you answer the health declaration yourself.

All travellers must submit it before arrival, except those transiting without immigration clearance and citizens, permanent residents and long-term pass holders entering through the Woodlands and Tuas land checkpoints. |

01Do I need it when transiting Singapore?
Not if you stay airside and do not clear immigration; anyone entering must submit.
02What is the difference between the MyICA app and the web service?
The app scans the passport to fill the personal details; the web version is typed by hand, which is where AutoePass helps.
03What if I submit too early?
The system offers only the three days before arrival, so an earlier date cannot be chosen.
04Will AutoePass submit or answer the health declaration for me?
No. The health declaration is your own statement and the extension never touches it; submitting is also yours.
